Until this day, an increasing number of organizations keep incorporating or working on a digital transformation initiative, looking to take business dynamics and relationships between customers, employees, and company associates to increasing levels of efficiency and thus, making digital transformation a top corporate initiative.

As organizations evolve and are continuously rushing to make critical changes in response to increasing business challenges—remote workforce, remote collaboration, and other lockdown measures—their leaders and decision-makers keep working to adjust to the way businesses operate and collaborate, all in favor of meeting their business goals.
